Here is the e-mail I received regarding this ....

 Hi All

I hope you are all shocked and disgusted by the subject of my email because I know I am.
 
It has become knowledge that Marie Osgood of the Chisimon Affix Hampshire has firstly allowed her male dog to get to her 9 month old puppy while she was in season and mate it.

That alone is bad enough but worse still she has allowed the pregnancy to continue and the puppy still a puppy has had her puppies and she is now only 11 months old herself.

This is not the first time Marie has allowed an underage non hip scored mating that is against our breed club ethics but this time she has gone even further and this litter is even against the Kennel Club ethics which is generalised to cover many breeds so the litter cant be registered.

Apparently Marie had confided in 4 people telling them the pregnancy had gone ahead and then that the pups arrived yet only 1 of these people has spoken up in an attempt to do something about it.

In my eyes the other 3 people should be ashamed of themselves as they have put a friendship with this person before the welfare of this puppy, her puppies, Marie's other dogs and our breed.

They too should be named and shamed as by keeping quiet they have endorsed this sort of action and given the green light for it to happen again.

The litter was on the Epupz website and enquiries have proved that it is the bitch puppy that has had the litter although Marie did lie to the person who made a call asking regarding the puppies and told them the mother was 2 and as she is a good breeder she has decided not to register them due to them having white marks.

 I have been told Marie has since admitted to Mrs Allen that the pups are from the puppy bitch Molly.

The advert has now been removed.

Marie has told conflicting stories as to how this has been allowed to happen, when it became knowledge that the mating had taken place she said the bitch had been injected and the pups aborted, she has now told one story that the pregnancy was detected to late and another saying she needed 3 injections to abort and could only afford one.

 If you cant afford a simple injection you should never entertain breeding at all as there could be complications that can be very costly.

To add insult to injury Marie has also mated her other bitch Kenmilfore Diamantees and she is due her 3rd litter in February so Marie will soon have 2 litters on the floor.

 I would not be surprised if investigations showed this bitch's first litter to have been born to her when she was under age.

The litter born to the current puppy bitch is the second litter at least that Marie has had to an under age non hip scored bitch.

 She had a litter from Varenka gimme fever at Chisimon in September 2008, she was under age and not hip scored. Marie also said that this bitch had been injected to abort and it had not worked.

 I doubt if Marie had either of these under age bitches injected to abort but if I am wrong her vets records can prove this.

 Our concern now is we must eliminate this person from breeding and exhibiting our breed, or any other breed for that matter but the most urgent matter is the welfare of the pups that are going to be in need of loving homes.

 I think the job of finding homes should be at least supervised by welfare cos lets face it if Marie's vetting methods allow people of her standard to have a pup then that standard is so low they could end up anywhere.

 Apparently Marie has said that the funds from this poor puppies litter are going to fund her next stud dog and she plans to use Liz Dunhills dog. I am sure Liz will be very interested to know this.

 Please act on this if you can and pass this information to anyone who can help stop this person breeding or showing our breed at least.
